The customer service at the store was excellent BUT everything else about La-Z-Boy, once you have your products home,​ was a nightmare! I spent over $12,000 on furniture pieces and all 3 pieces had issues in only a couple months after I purchased them. The motor broke in one chair, the couch had to be recalled since the padding in both feet​ rests collapsed, and seams on the ottoman came apart. You are always put on hold for about 20 minutes every time you call the ​Comfort Care Department. It then took over 2 months to get the parts for the couch replacement. I took the day off work waiting for the technician to show up when I finally got a date for repairs: I called and found out that the dispatcher had both the wrong zip code and telephone number and so could not contact me or come as planned! You only find out the day before when the repair window is going to be so you literally have to put your whole day on hold with them. I will NEVER buy from this company again! Customer service was useless and quality is deplorable.

I was quite pleased with what they had to do and with their service. It came back before I was ready for it. They gave me 4 weeks for it to be customized. When I was ready for it, they delivered it when I asked them to. It was a very good service. You get what you pay for.
