To be honest it was rough selling our home, it started out great lots of high offers and fast, but when buyers kept falling thorough when we were already locked in to purchase the next home the pressure was on. I have to say Joseph really handled every situation professionally, under the stress. We had a lot of unforeseen issues with our buyer that was creating stress and anxiety the people selling there home to us. Joseph kept the sale an purchase going when we thought it was all going to fall a part. I would recommend Joseph to anyone selling or buying a home, he competent and knowledgeable about California realtor laws and regulations and is qualified.
