Description of Work: John Cramer refinanced two mortgages for me since April 2012 and was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and very patient with my many questions regarding both loans. He makes you feel as though you are his only client - he's very responsive and takes as much time with you as needed until you fully understand the subject. He is very honest in his answers and provides as many options as possible for his clients. Honesty and integrity is extremely important for me to do business with someone. I have been "underwater" on my second mortgage and he was able to find a Freddie Mac program where I could refinance - I saved over $700 per month on my mortgage payment and over $180,000 in interest over the life of the loan! Amazing! The $1,385 was my closing costs which included my property taxes that are due in November, however, I requested to reduce the total loan amount and therefore my closing costs were slightly higher by choice.
