All other plumbers suggested the only option was to replace the water heater. Although the water heater is more than 10 years old, Joe found a replacement part costing $40 and determined that there is no apparent reason to replace the water heater at this point, saving us a few hundred dollars.

We had numerous issues with a toilet, which we called Joe Gray Plumbing for. The tech that came was Adam, who was EXTREMELY polite and professional. He did a great job of explaining exactly what the issues were and what needed to be done. He spent quite a bit of time making sure the job was done right, including removing and re-sealing the toilet, and replaced all of the inside parts. I was very impressed with his quality of work and full interest in taking care of his customers. Thank you again, Adam!

It went well. Pricing wise, he is a little bit high. He came the day out and talked to my husband and he gave all the information needed. They got done whatever he had done. You've got to be prepared to pay a little bit more. But it's ( inaudible 04:44:1 to 4:49:8). You know it's going to be done right and it's going to be done that day.

Joe was very nice, he works quick and neat. He explained everything to me first, including the possible outcomes (like having to change the entire controler). He took the controler apart and tried the seals first. Everything came apart easily and he fixed it with the seals. He finished in less than half an hour. My control to my shower no longer leaks.

He was easy to get a hold of, he called my renter (as did I) to setup a time to replace the faucet, came and fixed it quickly and then we talked the next day and I paid for services. What was very nice too was that my rental is aprox 1.5hrs from me. I didn't have to go over to the rental house or his office, we did all of our business over the phone.

It wasn't major work but he did that fine. These rental properties are about 1 1/2 hours from my house so I didn't drive out there to inspect. He showed up and did the work and the price seemed reasonable. I had no complaints.

Responded promptly to service call. Acutal charges was within 10 dollars of the quote over the phone. No surprises.

Joe and his assistant were very professional, and responded to the request in a very timely manner. He even called me to let me know that he left a voicemail for my tenant to come by and look at the hot water issue, but did not hear back. I called my tenant they were able to connect and finish the repair the next day.

He was here in 20 minutes. They did a fine job- in and out, no mess! It was one of those times when you are actually happy when someone leaves the house!
