Jet Moving And Storage

We were going to use them to move us to WA. We received an estimate and put down an $1100 refundable deposit. We changed our minds and we cannot get James to refund the $1100. after multi-pal text's emails and phone calls we cannot even get James to take our calls.

I was very worried about moving because I had some very fragile and expensive speakers and amplifiers, and I had to make sure I am going with a good company because I didn't want to get ripped off by a random mover as this is a common practice in the industry according to what I read. The movers arrived early and were so quick and efficient.  They were so kind to me and helped with so many little things I did not expect.  There was no charge and no hassle.  Just complete understanding of the situation we were in. At 1pm a very professional crew of 3 guys came to start packing our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.  They packed everything individually, including the kitchen dishware! Oh yea- and they came in $200 UNDER budget :)  That was a nice surprise!

We hired these friendly and attentive movers with a great quote after requesting to many other companies! Arrived on time and immediately went to packing and loading our stuff! They moved us with zero damage and unloaded us in our new place as scheduled! We will hire them again if there happen any move or storage!

I was very happy and impressed with Jet Movings. I've moved numerous times and used local and international movers in many countries and I have to say that the crew at Jet Movings were really great. It was a complex move, with articles not clearly divided between those being moved and those that needed to be discarded (I was moving house for my parents and they had not made things too clear). It was a 3 day affair - 2 for packing, loading, moving and unloading, unpacking and reinstalling furnitures, and half day for removal of old items and trash. Foremans Joseph and Freddie were professional, great communicators and organized in managing the project from start to finish. They were also very clear about pricing, how I could save money and what my options were, good communications and fair all around. They had put together great crews who were always very respectful, eager to do a good job and tirelessly worked till they finished the job. My house has a difficult staircase which has a very sharp turn and makes large items difficult and damage to walls easy. The crew were very aware of the difficulties and kept reassuring me they could get it done without a problem. No damage and everything done with a fantastic attitude and smiles all around. It was sweltering hot and not one grimace and hardly any breaks. Very proactive and respectful of your house and possession. I can't recommend them enough.
