They communicated extremely well and were timely and friendly. I had a great experience with them during my move from Temecula to Santa Rosa. They did a fantastic job packing and protecting my furniture and everything arrived with no damage or broken. I recommend them highly.

I was told repeatedly to be prepared to receive my shipment within a week of when they picked it up. However, when that was not going to happen, they stopped communicating with me except to say in the contract it could be within 1-30 days. It took them 12 days to at least me know that it was not coming for another a week. When items were damaged, no one would return my phone calls or texts. Know what you are getting into. They could provide a needed service if they would just be more honest about their procedures. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE PROMISES OF JAMES KELLY. Read every word of the contract regardless of what he promises.

Couldn't be happier ! I called with a move date only a few days away... I called in the AM, got a quote over the phone, agreed and signed and my move was basically confirmed. James was very helpful and response the whole time. He asked for a list of details which were straightforward and clear on how to fill out, felt they were truly on my side and not trying to trick me. I got a three man team who arrived over an hour early and patiently waited outside until our planned move window time had arrived. These dudes were the most chilled and relaxed crew I have ever worked with. All friendly, serious and clearly well experienced. We loaded the truck, I signed and we confirmed the move address. When we arrived at the new place the crew was quick to get started and worked quickly, efficiently, and thoughtfully, and strategically following all and any instructions. Thanks again Jet Moving and Storage, you guys truly lived up to your company's name!

I wasn't too enthusiastic about hiring movers either. However, they completely took me by surprise with the precision they showed during packing and moving. They were careful to handle them with steady hands and it was satisfying to see them arrive! They were punctual, friendly, and adept in moving heavy pieces of furniture via narrow hallways and stairwells. They maintained optimism and composure despite the stress of the relocation. I'm glad I went with them for my relocation.

My friend Jefferson have hired this company before and recommended for our move from Temecula, CA to Miami Beach, FL and honestly they did a great job! From booking to unloading at our new place went above and beyond our expectation. Movers showed up on time and went to work immediately, so friendly and attentive! They packed and loaded all our stuff in less than 8 hours which wasn't an easy job. Also did their best at our new place in Miami Beach. All in all we had a great experience with these pro movers.

The owner, checked on us and came out to the load to make sure everything was going as it should. This is rare and it's reflected in his employees and the way the company handles themselves in general. The whole process from the quote to the end was seamless. They even made two stops, one to my storage unit and then to my new place. It was a tough job going up and down stairs since I moved into a second floor apartment. But they didn't break a beat (but did break our two glasses and paid the damages! Ha). Great job, Bee & Smooth!

All entire process went beyond and above our expectation! The price was fair and 3 movers and a truck arrived on time. The loading took about 2 hrs and all our stuffs stored in boxes, unloading the boxes in new place was the same! Movers were so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable to their work! Will def recommend them to anyone looking for great moving experience!

The best moving experience that we have ever had, and we have moved a bunch of times. They did packing and moving for us. Were super customer-oriented and very reliable, and the team was outstanding. Packed us up one day and moved us the next. Respectful of us and our belongings. They got our couch onto the second floor, and I was not sure that it was a task that could be accomplished. I highly recommend you book them for your next move!! Very professional and fast!

We recently moved from a 2 bedroom one story into the same but just a little far away. This team made a tough move as easy as possible! They were good at communicating during scheduling , had a friendly and accurate estimator, and showed up on time and ready to work. During the move EVERYTHING was wrapped and secured. As I was watching them I was like dang you guys don't need to wrap this or that etc...but I just let them haha. They know what they are doing and at the end of it all nothing was broken. But because I was paying by the hour I didn't want to spend all day wrapping unnecessary items. They handled things with care and got the job done safely.

Moving is never easy, but I am so glad we picked Jet Moving and Storage moving to help us with our move. It was straightforward (as it should be) from the very get-go. I had used this company to move some furniture a year and a half ago. Since they did such a good job, I knew I would return to them again if I ever need to move anything. I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with my experience. James was very responsive and worked with me to get the best quote possible. Booking and scheduling were a breeze. These guys were excellent, showed up on time wearing masks, and moved my sectional couch that would have broken my back if I tried to do it. Michael, the manager, was a joy to deal with.

I cannot even begin to express how absolutely amazing Jet moving and storage was for our move. Cannot recommend them enough. The whole process was extremely organized and well coordinated.

It is Covid time, in a pandemic and we have just gone to a happy but really stressful process of buying our new apt. Another nightmare we thought we would have to face was moving... but Jet Moving and Storage movers were simply efficient, careful, knowledgeable and diligent. Before they start moving/packing our things, they asked as much info that will make their work faster and safer so that the customer does not waste their time and money. From the initial confirmation to the call to say they were on their way (on time!), along with padding and wrapping all of my furniture, taking extra care of the items and the surrounding walls, and keeping a quick, steady pace the entire time. Fred and Michael were the team who loaded us into the new residence - these two guys were absolutely awesome. Motivated, friendly and polite and smiling, energetic and strong - and they seriously never stopped moving for the whole three and a half hours except for when they were riding the elevators up and down from the 15th floor! They were professional, pleasant, and willing to do more than I would even asked for. They organized and packed my things carefully, making it easy to sort through everything once it was delivered. They also used proper protective masks and gloves the whole time, and cautiously adhered to Covid safety standards! We hope to stay where we live now for a long time - but it would be a wonderful privilege to have this company and these two guys load us out of this residence if/when we move at some point in the future. I cannot recommend them more highly for all your moving needs! Just keep in mind, since they are pretty good, that they book up fast!

Worth 5 Stars and more if I could give them. These guys get the job done - they did it in less time than we had anticipated with not a single scratch to any items or walls/door frames. Fred and Michael showed up on time, fully-masked went straight to work. They both were very professional. I recommend them for sure and will use them for my move as well!

We could not be happier with Move Army Company. They are easy to get in touch with and make sure all of your questions are answered and you have everything you need before the move, plus the prices can't be beat. They showed up 15 minutes early and had 3 big strong dudes that could each lift a full grand piano. ;) We were moving from 2- bedroom apartment into our new house. Nothing was damaged at all. They were extremely prompt and professional! They didn't take any breaks or stop to chat, just kept working tirelessly. Super impressed with the quality of their service! Pleasure dealing with them and their professionalism from start to finish.

Nothing describes work but their personality which made me feel so comfortable hiring them for the job. Such positive attitude and great behavior, even though I didn't see any problems while they were moving my staffs, they were still asking if I am satisfied with their work or not. From the first call for a quote, to our scheduled move this company has been lightening fast in their responses, super friendly and amazingly professional. James provided great rates and even had a couple jokes over the phone. On the day of my move I had a couple hour delay and called Jet Moving and Storage right away and they were not only understanding they also called our scheduled movers and accommodated my arrival. I think the most nerve wrecking thing about a move is that some people think it'll take ALL DAY, Move army was referred to me by a friend and the customer service experience was outstanding!. I had a great experience with Move army. Very quick response to all my questions, and we had my move date set up and confirmed within a couple of hours. I move a lot, so honesty is important to me when getting a quote, and I've seen it in excellent and personal service of this moving team. I always feel better when I go with smaller local companies, plus the service is better and so is the price. Their estimate was honest, no hidden fees or hourly minimums. I will use them again

I would give this company and workers a very high review, they are prompt, professional, and very good at their jobs... They called when ready to come and they were efficient. Set up everything I asked them to. It was so nice to see workers get along and able to do their jobs with such a positive attitude. Excellent service from start to finish. I scheduled a move on a Sunday from Temecula to Murrieta. Michael and Fred, my particular movers, were rock stars! They were kind from start to finish, prompt, efficient, moved quickly, cautious with my stuff, honest and calm!!! They never took a break, even when I brought them lunch they never stopped to eat - they just took bites of their subs in between moving boxes. Amazing experience considering it was a moving day - which is always tense at best! They went above and beyond to move things into my storage unit and moving everything into my new home. Thank you for being such people. It felt like a community in a way on the one day I got to spend with you. And thanks for moving all of the stuff! I now want to trade it in for just a few big pieces of furniture but you boxed up years of stuff faster than I could ever have imagined. And my transition in life was made as gentle as it could possibly be. Almost like I had a family. Thanks so much. I hope Homeadvisor doesn't hide this since I'm not much of a poster so I'm going to email this to your company.

The ratings and the hype is real. Sam and Fred showed up on time and wasted no time in getting my stuff out of my place. What I thought was going to be a 4 hour job only took them half that time to complete. They were fast at packing, loading the van, and transporting our furniture! There were no items damaged or broken or lost, so all in all, a move deserving of five stars!! They worked so hard and were pleasant the entire time.

I researched a dozen moving companies in CA and I'm so glad I booked Jet Moving movers!! They were super accommodating when it came to booking and even better when it came to moving! A few reasons why I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review: Best pricing for quality service! Booking was straight forward with all costs upfront and no hidden/extra fees (which I found was rare when researching). Moves are expensive and stressful... you don't want to skimp on anything but you also don't want to pay too much. Luckily I didn't have to do either. Great Movers was worth every penny and definitly the best deal in the end. Not only was the pricing transparent, but it also included extra perks like a large bin for miscellaneous items and a wardrobe box! (I didn't think I'd need/want these "perks" but they were way more useful than I ever imagined) An excellent experience. Nothing was damaged or broken. Both Sam (before the move) and Fred (on the day of) communicated early and often about delays or any other potential issues. The crew were extremely competent, warm, and accommodating. They were clearly a team that works regularly together, which showed in how well they coordinated. I would absolutely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Move Army! The pre-move process was easy, they were happy to switch around schedules when I threw a date change at them, no problem. The move itself was flawless. Joseph and Alex were the best movers I've ever had. They H U S T L E D their butts off the entire 3 hour day. My mistake I should have hired a third man for the amount of stuff I had, but they didn't let that dampen their spirits at all. Alex is the strong silent type, running back and forth between the truck, up and down stairs. Never afraid to grab that extra box. Couldn't be more impressed with him. And Joseph is the Captain of the ship. He worked his butt off, and even with all the sweat and work they were putting in, but more than that he kept the convo upbeat and cheerful, it was honestly a pleasure to have them share this day with us. Move Army will be who I recommend to all my friends, again I can't say enough to do the company justice. HIRE THEM AND SEE!
