They were average. They were fine in terms of the guy coming out and were very responsive in terms of coming out but they were supposed to send me an invoice and I never got that. It was a one day kind of thing and they see a whole lot of things. The guy that came out was very good and he was very skilled but the fact that I didn’t get any invoice I think that they should have followed up. They were pricy and were a little more than usual but I got the whole water heater done.
