We recently moved from Michigan to California and didn’t know the area very well so we rented the first year. Hank was the only agent that helped us find the rental, by adding us to his homesnap to see available rentals in the area. So, naturally I kept him in mind for when we would buy within the year. I reached out to Hank when we were ready to buy, and we immediately started house hunting. The knowledge Hank has not only in real estate, but also in SoCal is unmatchable. It felt like we were house hunting with a genuine friend. When we finally found the house for us, it had over 10 offers on it.
