Glamour Baths

They built the bath. That they did a good job at. However the installer (representatives brother) arrived became irate because his sister had underestimated the job by $1500 dollars because our walls were cement. We live in a tri-level and they put all the cement etc. they took out in one dumpster and made it so we had to pay an overage fee to have the trash people pick it up. Then we had cement dust all over our bedroom when they were done. Also since they thought they were going to be done in one day and it ended up a 2 day job they did a lousy job on the tile. There was a gap between the tile and tub. We ended up with a leak outside in the driveway that we didn't know originally was from the tub and had a plumber come out. When the installer found out we had a plumber come out he said we had voided the warranty by not having him do the work. That was o.k. because we found out they had only put 3 wooden legs in not 4 the wrong type of tubing (not for a whirlpool tub) etc. We then had to pay $2000 to have the tile redone because they had just put the tile on a piece of drywall. Then we had a leak into our living room and found out they had not sealed the toilet with the correct seal. They may have done a good job for someone that was not underbid, but I would not trust them.
