Martin helped me with 2 houses that have a side yard each that are a problem with being dark, with being over-watered, with sprinkler and drainage problems. On 1 side yard of each house he cleaned the drainage pipe clog, capped off some sprinklers, brought in a ton of red mulch (not a real ton) and put mulch over both side yards several inches thick. He put in the dividers to separate the grass from the mulch. Oh, he also used my existing paving stones (16 x 16 inch and 12 x 12 inch) to make a walkway to side garage door and a platform to put the 3 trash barrels on. We had talked a little about how to improve the side yards and I asked him to do what he thought was nice. He really exceeded my expectations. I will be calling him to remove a big tree this week.
