It was too many people to deal with. They started late, would have conversations of what needed to be done but would not follow through. Things I thought were to be painted were not, so read your paperwork really well Over all, the work was good.

Ask for the BEST and most experienced painter with the company if you want a GREAT job. I am hoping I can up the star on quality once the company sends their "best painter" to fix the mess the original painter made. I really would say as of now my star rating on customer service is 10 but the quality is a 2! They are coming back to make it right I am just not sure how it can all be fixed as it is a mess of a job as of right now. I hired for interior job and coverage isn't good and splatters of paint throughout the entire house.

A very prompt response to our request for an estimate even though it was a small job. Came and looked at what we needed done and gave us an immediate estimate.

This company truly lives up to its name. From the estimate to finish, we had absolutely no problems with the painting staff or the job itself. The estimate was comprehensive, so we knew where our money was going. On the day of the actual painting, Katie walked through the job with us and the lead painter. She was thorough, very respectful and patient with our questions. We were all on the same page. The paint job itself is just beautiful. The house looks fresh and updated. The painting staff was meticulous in covering our furniture and wooden floors. After the job, the painting staff cleaned up up all the furniture, counters, and the floor. We had the entry way, dining room, living room, family room, pantry and kitchen painted. This company is fantastic. We will definitely use them when we have the garage floor painted/epoxied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a professional paint job in their home.

Professional experience from the very start, it took 5 days to do my entire home, crown and baseboards too. My project manager, Katie checked up on the details as the project proceeded. I was able to go to work all day and trust the painters in my home without supervision. One little snag, it took almost 2 weeks to get the painter to come back to do a couple touch ups. All in all I highly recommended this company for my own family and friends to hire in the future. Nice job. thank you.

From the initial estimate to the final clean up this company did an excellent job of painting the walls and ceilings of my home. They cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving the home completely livable and their workmanship is outstanding. Highly recommended!!

One coat Benjamin Moore paint was used. One coat wasn't enough. After a few weeks areas that were not covered well started to stand out. Super disappointed especially since the customer service before the job was excellent.
