Some of the guest suite walls and woodwork were partially gutted from water and mold damage from the HOA flood. Tom reconstructed them almost back to their original condition.
Tom proved to be fair, prompt, reasonable in price, creative, honest and trustworthy; paying attention to detail advising me on paint textures and colors as well to save costs and improve aesthetics in paint textures etc.
He arrived when he said he would, he protected my property from further damage, worked diligently and efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up so well that I would have not known he was there if I had not been present in the adjacent main house.
Tom also helped me with a few suggestions and other minor issues I had around the house.
I will be consulting Tom in the future to ask for advice and references to repair the remaining damages to the guest suite:
The floor replacement, replace the damaged weep screed, clean-up the mold and paint the outside guest
suite stucco walls, as well as repair the damaged block retaining walls resulted from the same HOA flood.
Tom was very honest, professional, efficient, courteous, and reasonable in price. He is punctual and doesn't waste your time.
What I especially like about Tom is that he doesn't try to exaggerate the bid to sell you more than you need. If there is a shorter fix, he will tell you so and give you a fair bid.
I liked his work so much, I hired him for another job in my home as well. I would definitely hire Tom again as well as recommend him to friends and neighbors.

his partner inspected the work and demanded that he return. The pictures show Tom's work after he "corrected" his errors.
"Good Morning [member name removed], I am extremely sorry to hear about your experience. We take a lot of pride in customer satisfaction and have never had a situation in the past 20 years of doing business like this. I will make sure to discuss this with Tom when he returns to the office on Wednesday. He is working out of town until then. I see that this problem occurred a year and a half ago, I would have love to have been notified early so the situation could have been resolved in a timely matter. Have a great day, Brandi Esposito Drywall 800-710-8873 CSL#818040 Please message me a number you can be reached at."

"This post is very disheartening to our staff and we are not sure why [member name removed] is attacking our character and integrity after we completed work for him a year and a half ago. First, the work in the picture was not performed by our company. The baseboard were installed by a friend/neighbor of the customer. When he discussed the faulty baseboard with Tom, Tom told [member name removed] that the only way he could correct the problems with the baseboards was to tear them all out and have them re-installed. This was not something he wanted to do so he asked Tom to have his guys paint them and try to touch them up. After we touched up the baseboards [member name removed] refused to show up for a walk through of the job and said he was too busy. When he got home that night he asked Tom to come out again because he wasn't happy with how they turned out. Tom went back again and once again told [member name removed] that the problems he was seeing was due to the originally workmanship and installation done by another contractor. We proceeded to touch up any additional areas that fell under out contract. At that time we did a final walk through of the job with [member name removed] and his wife where they both said they were completely satisfied with the work performed. Our main focus for the past 20 years of business is to run a business with customer satisfaction as our number one priority. We place integrity above everything. We have not heard from [member name removed] for over a year and a half. This work was performed in January 2014. Esposito Drywall would like to apologize for a delay in addressing any further issues and would have definitely returned to discuss options with [member name removed] if we had been given the chance."

"THANK YOU SO MUCH MARILYN FOR TAKING THE TIME OUT OF YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE TO WRITE A REVIEW REGARDING THE INTERIOR REMODEL IN YOUR MOTHERS HOME. IT WAS A PLEASURE MEETING BOTH OF YOU! TAKE CARE, TOM AND BRANDI"
"Thank you so much for the kind words [Member Name Removed]. Have a wonderful Easter:) Tom and Brandi Esposito"
Tom took the time to understand our issue and brainstormed different solutions with us. We discussed the pros and cons of each solution and made a decision. Tom executed on the decision, smoothed out the walls where needed and re-textured. He was very careful in his work and I appreciated how much effort he made to prep the work site, including putting plastic sheeting over anything that he did not need to work on.
He fixed our problem and was a real pleasure to work with. We felt lucky to have found him and will call him again the next time we need any drywall work.
