The Doolans were the best! They understood our concerns and installed a new water heater. They were so professional yet easy to be around. Mr. Doolan made another trip at no charge to put a new valve on our front yard faucet. Just recently I called them about a bad smell in a couple of our drains. He could have easily come out and fix the problem and I would have definitely said yes. He said there was no point in paying for something that we could easily do ourselves. His instructions worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to use his services again and to recommend the company to others.

Excellent. Dan, and his son Jeff, were very professional and repaired the problem. We expected it might cost more as part of the problem was that the leaking pipe was in the wall. Dan was able to find the area where the pipe was leaking sooner, rather than later. This meant less time we had to pay for the plumbing repair and less destruction to our drywall. Overall, excellent service and we will call Doolan Plumbing if we ever need service again.

I needed to replace the 50 gallon water heater in my rental so I called Doolan Plumbing who was referred to me by a friend who has been using them for 6 years. They came out the same day and arrived on time. Dan and his crew were quick and professional. Reasonably priced and they guarantee their work. I had a great experience with Doolan Plumbing and will highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

The job that they did was fine. It was old; so they replaced all the lines in the toilet one of which was leaking. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

"Thank you so much for taking the time to write this great review. We are surprised though, that we received a "B" in regard to price. We had replaced the angle stops and the supplies for 3 toilets. We had charged only 1 hour labor, and had given a military/senior discount for a total labor charge of $76.50. Material for the three toilets totaled $57.00 with sales tax included in the price, for a total job charge of $133.50. We felt the price for the amount of work completed was very reasonable. We pride ourselves in completing quality plumbing at affordable prices. We have to admit though, that we made an error in regard to professionalism because we misjudged, and thought we had the correct parts to complete the job,. We returned promptly with the correct parts. We apologize for that. Thanks again for using Doolan Plumbing for your plumbing needs. It was a pleasure to work for you."

Because I don't know much about plumbing, I will explain the problem and sum up the solution. The water pressure for the hot water was extremely low in the entire house. A neighbor who thought he knew what the problem was, replaced a regulator (something like that), but that didn't work. I called Doolan Plumbing and set up an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. He arrived on time and went to work immediately. I was asking him if the water heater could be going out because it is ten years old and he said he didn't think so because there were any signs of that - i.e. leaking, etc. He checked some of the lines to see if they were clogged and sure enough one of the lines that leads from the heater into the house was extremely clogged. From start to finish it took less than 40 minutes and he didn't try to sell us things we didn't need like a new water heater. Obviously he knew that I had no idea what was going on - if he would have said I needed a new water heater and more, I would have said okay. Very honest, Very professional and Very knowledgeable! I will definitely use Doolan plumbing for all my plumbing needs and appliance installations as well.
