This was the worse experience ever. I sent the company an email which took them over a week to respond. Customer service is rude and non-responsive, once they make the sale they are done with you! They also used the delivery company of XPO which was even worse than them. Cabinet came in on Thursday and they scheduled delivery 4 times with 3 being a no-call no-show and the driver making a false claim that they called 30 minutes prior to delivery which was what we agreed on and said no one was home. Little did he know, we work from home. Cabinets are overpriced and poorly made. Keep away from them at all cost

Excellent business and response process by email.  Excellent layout design and recommendations. Excellent followup phone contact.

Cabinets took 10 weeks to arrive.  They were of below average materials.  Edge banding was coming off, parts were damaged and they had HORRIBLE customer service.  Replacement parts took 8 weeks to get.  Upon construction, the dovetail drawers were terrible.  The dovetails were not precisely machined.  Cabinet carcasses were terrible.  Drawer and cabinet fronts were average.  After being installed for about 30 days, the cabinets started to develop a white film on some of the pieces.  I had to disassemble the cabinets to clean them, but the film keeps coming back.  The company claims that this is caused by a harsh chemical cleaner.  The cabinets were never cleaned with anything other than soap and water.  I offered photo evidence to them that certain pieces developed the white film and other did not.  They always come up with some sort of BS excuse.  They do not stand behind their product. They denied my claim and never offered any compensation.  They have the worst customers service I have ever experienced.  They never return phone calls or email.  I would recommend finding another RTA cabinet source or use Ikea cabinets.  Avoid this company at all cost!
