David De La Torre

David is not yet licensed, however he wants to be some day. He is associated with Louie's Nursery and they subcontract him as the fountain specialist. He is brilliant. He came out to my home, figured out the problems with my fountains in a heartbeat, and identified the nine things that the installer had done wrong. He explained it all to me and fixed everything. He did not have to install a new pump like I thought and did some extra things. For example he installed some little silicon beads which changed the flow of the drip, so there was not as much splashing and the water did not come out as quickly. He knows what he is doing. He is really, really, really good. It cost a whopping seventy five dollars and boy was worth every penny. David and his little helper knew exactly what they were doing in every way. There was not hassle and they did not try to talk me into anything else. I got the feeling that he was very honest. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future and I have already referred him to three of my friends.
