Dan has acted as our agent the last 5 times we have bought or sold a house in Tucson (3 buy, 2 sell). He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Tucson real estate market, and seems to know every builder, neighborhood, and agent in town. He is not a high-volume agent, so he focuses on your transaction and makes sure you get the best value and incredible service. When we sold our last house, we were already out of the country and Dan made sure our open houses went well and addressed any issues that came up with the house. When we bought our current house, we were still living in Europe and Dan helped us find the best houses to look at in a short period of time, then kept the transaction on track until closing.
