+ -1 moreI'm not sure I can recall all of the details but I did go to this location many years ago and was not happy with them then for much of the same reasons, seemingly a lack of interest. I returned to this practice since they were listed with my insurance (I would not have returned otherwise). I am sure there are those that like this practice, it just wasn't for me. I like my physicians to be more in tune and at least have some manner of communication that shows they care.
Description of Work: I had a few appointments from July through November to address a redness/sore on my lower eyelid (my dermatologist suggested I see an ophthalmologist since it looked like it could be skin cancer) . Each time it was a co-pay of $65.00 and each time the "treatment" did not yield a "cure". The resident specialist is only at the Temecula location once per month. I also had an annual eye checkup that was the speediest I have ever had, not much interaction and I felt like I was intruding.

+ -1 moreI have nothing bad at all. In fact, they are excellent on everything that they have done and I have no complaints whatsoever. I have been very satisfied with them and I have been using them for a couple of years now. The experience has been fine and great. They are very professional, very prompt and provide a very good service. The staff is pleasant. I will go back again next week.
Description of Work: I go to California Eye Professional for ophthalmologist. I went there for my eye exams, eye test and got my eye glasses done through them.
