"1) The sprinkler pipe was not broken by us. it's actually not connected to anything and was left in the condition it was found. 2) The client was told that we do not install, connect or do any work related to the drainage pipe. We perform concrete cutting and coring. We are not landscapers or plumbers.3) it is impossible for the new pipe to align exactly with any existing pipe as we are bored under the existing sidewalk. if a client wanted everything to align this would require cutting out existing concrete, installing pipe, and then repouring concrete. Obviously, this would be costly. This was explained to the client but could not comprehend it."
