Very happy with the work done as well as the service. Since I live in a condo complex, it was important to be able to replace the old skylight with something similar in appearance, & C & J was able to do that at a reasonable price.

Openable skylight was very old and leaking. Jeff Smith (owner) was very responsive, communicated throughout the process, was very professional and competent, presented options, made recommendations, showed up on time, was able to perform the service ahead of schedule, and did the job very well. His prices are not low, but the quality of the work reflects the cost. In each case, Jeff worked with us, provided alternatives, assisted with associated projects (putting in can lights while the ceiling was open, working with drywall professionals) and helped each project be a success. We're happy with everything (even though he's expensive).

The fix did not resolve the leak, so I ordered the four skylights. After removing the skylights he also repaired the roof with new paper and flashing. The skylights come with a no-leak guarantee and he guaranteed the repair he did, too. I found Jeff to be professional and very knowledgeable. His pricing is very fair. If you need skylights, this is the man to trust.

Great, arrived early, some early, great work!

I had a positive experience. They did it in a very reasonable time, I am very happy with them. I'd give them a thumbs up. They are very very (inaudible 1:18). It took them about a week to get the window in and put it in. To get the skylight and do everything. They left the area excellent when they were finished. I think just one person came to complete the service.

very well. Jeff is actually the person who did the work. he is not a salesmen who subcontracts to someone else. Jeff cut the hole in my roof, framed, installed the skylights, painted and finished all in a few hours. he was on time and cleaned up the mess.

Jeff Smith (C&J skylights) does extremely professional and high quality work.  He was on time, every time, from the quote to completion process.  He was also thorough with his work and communicated the process along the way, and what to expect right up front.  We got 3 bids, and it was clear from the beginning that Jeff was the right choice. 

He either did the work himself or oversaw the work being done.  His crew was incredible!  They were clean, trusting, professional, and very talented at what they do.

It was a scary endeavor for us to make the commitment - and have 4 holes cut into a perfectly good ceiling and roof - not to mention the financial investment.  Working with Jeff and team, and the phenomenal results, validates our decision to have this work done.  The natural lighting into the space is wonderful, and gazing up at the stars at night is awesome!  My favorite is the skylight in the bathroom (that had no window), positioned over the shower/tub, and opens up.  It feels like an outdoor shower - and I can now have plants in there..... yahoo!

I would highly recommend C&J Skylights, and would call on them again for this type of work (and probably will for an old skylight we have in the patio).
