I found the responsiveness once the contractor (S. McGovern) came over, to be terrible. He came over and looked at the two jobs we wanted done and said he'd email me the quote. Never did. I called Buckles and they said they'd get back to me. They left a message telling me that S. tried to send an email "several times" and it didn't go through. I called back and left a message with my email address. No response. I called again and left the information again. No response. I called Buckles again and the receptionist said someone will get back to me and I said that I was tired of jumping through these hoops to get a quote. They told me that someone would call me back within a half an hour. When I spoke with another woman, she said that they had left me numerous messages and no one got back to her (really?) and that my email address wasn't working (hmmm.) We agreed I'd send her an email to ensure that they would get my proper email address. That was several days ago and I didn't receive any bounce back email messages so I know they got it. No quote was ever sent to me. Buckles is very unprofessional and obviously doesn't want the business.
Description of Work: I had them quote on a water damage wall and a "man door" in the garage. Work was never performed - see below.
