THE VENDOR COMMUNICATED EFFECTIVELY THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT ON STATUS, CONCERNS, ETC. THE VENDOR PROVIDED A BID SHORTLY AFTER OUR WALK-THRU. THE VENDOR GAVE AN ACCURATE APPROXIMATION FOR TIME-TO-COMPLETE. THE OVERALL QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT.
