We did learn that on this model, it starts in NEUTRAL when it won't start in PARK
The car has failed to start in PARK one time since then, we just started it in neutral.
This is a head scratcher, might take it to DEALER if future issues
I arrived at the shop within 45 minutes. They were able to accommodate me immediately. They pulled my car into the back of the building, where the entrance to service bay is located. They were able to finish the work in a reasonable amount of time.
