+ -1 moreThere was nothing to fix and no charge We did learn that on this model, it starts in NEUTRAL when it won't start in PARK The car has failed to start in PARK one time since then, we just started it in neutral. This is a head scratcher, might take it to DEALER if future issues
Description of Work: Our car would not start in Park, called AAA and had it towed to service center. They tested the car and tried all kinds of diagnostics, but the car started every time in PARK. There was NO battery or starter problem, both worked well.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. They were able to repair the flat successfully and in a timely fashion. I arrived at the shop within 45 minutes. They were able to accommodate me immediately. They pulled my car into the back of the building, where the entrance to service bay is located. They were able to finish the work in a reasonable amount of time.
Description of Work: Simply put, I called Auto World on 11/02/2012, to see If they would be able to repair a flat tire on my 2012 Mazda 3 sedan. I think I spoke with Tony at Auto World.
