Antimite Termite & Pest Control

When we purchased our house, we looked into several different pest control companies.  I had used Antimite in the past (in the Los Angeles area).  I was happy back then and decided to try them again.
When we called the toll-free number, we were routed to the Temecula office, since apparently, that is the office that handles the Fallbrook area in North San Diego County.
Our exterminator, Joe, showed up on-time and exactly as promised.  He was (and had continued to be) extraordinarily professional in doing his job in and around our home.  On his first visit, he spent a good amount of time walking around our entire property with me and giving me various tips and recommendations on how to prevent pests from becoming a problem.  For example, he pointed out specific trees and bushes to keep an eye on and keep trimmed away from the home.  He even managed to spot a  specific pest that happened to be on the ground in our garage.  He knew exactly what it was, how to treat for it and even understood the "behaviors" of the various types of bugs that we might encounter.  Most importantly, he took the time to explain everything to us in detail.  Joe is a true professional in every aspect of that word and he takes his job seriously.
Most importantly, we have been living "pest free" in our home since we moved in.  There has been only one occasion when we did spot a couple of pests behind our refrigerator between monthly treatments.  We called Antimite and Joe was out to our house right away to take care of the problem.
After four months of service, we are completely satisfied with the service that Antimite is providing to us and give them our highest recommendation.
