We received a bill that was marked past due for services. We have never had a past due bill, so my wife went ahead and paid for it right away. When I got home, she showed me the bill, and I told her we never rec'd service from them and that we have never been a customer of theirs. I called them and they refused to refund us unless we provided a proof of payment. Well I sent them that payment info and they still have not given our money back. I have called them a couple of times and still nothing back from them. I even have proof of another propane company coming and delivering propane to us during that time, that was not Amerigas. I have spoke to Melissa there at Amerigas on several occasions, and she said they are considering a refund, but we have still not heard anything.
