AIR CONNECTION

In the middle of a hot summer week, the company had a technician come out to our play within 3 days of request.  He had to come out at 5:00 pm.   He was very professional and cordial.  The technician arrived on time and immediately inspected and evaluated on what was wrong with our a/c.  His estimated seemed to be very reasonable and fair.  He completed the work in a very timely fashion and we were very satisfied with his work.

This was an excellent experience. I live on the East coast and arranged for all the work over email and phone.  The work was done in Southern CA.  Since I could not be on side during the job, AirConnection set photos of the job in progress.  I was able to visit teh site for a final inspection, and everything was done right.  No problems.  HERs testing passed.  Permit signed off.  Good paperwork and good communication.

They did an excellent job. They came out and got the job done. They only charged my parents for what was needed and fixed the problem. They saved us quite a bit of money.

Nice young man came out and recharged the A/C and did a minor tune-up. It's working fine now.

I spent about $100 on that work. I just called him to go over to the rental property and do the maintenance and I wasn?t even there, but the tenants said that the guy was polite, nice and was in and out. I talked to him over the phone subsequently and he basically told me what he did and it went well. The price was fair and the quality of the service was good. He seems like he is busy or I may have called him at a busy time, but he went and did that job. I needed him to do that work early and he got there and had the work done early.

He was great. He explained everything very well. He explained the options regarding the different condenser units. He explained why he uses the brands he uses. He also installed an allergy filter and cleaned it once for free. He also showed me how to clean it myself. He showed me how to operate the thermostat as well. He was very personable.
