Overall, I was very pleased. They showed me what was broken and only suggested that the impeller be replaced (rather than the whole motor). After being told that the parts were available by the parts supplier, found they weren't, so they had to come back two days later (my schedule) to fix. Communicated by phone to let me know what was going on, came back to clean up and then came back as scheduled to fix. I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past, so this was a breath of fresh air.
