I submitted a request online through a home warranty company on Sunday. I did not hear from them until they showed up at the house two days later. They did call a couple of times before they arrived, but i was not able to answer and they did came nonetheless. They quickly repaired the problem, but I wished they would have waited for my response in order to expect their arrival. Nonetheless, I thought they did a great job.
