Clint showed up to install gate operators for an acces gate.  The initial solar panels installed were inadequate to operate the gate.  After a number of calls and visits they eventually added a solar panel but layed the wire on the ground about 20' to a pole the panel was mounted on.  I have left over 20 messages and sent a similar number of emails to get him back to clean it up and he hasn't called back once.

"We appreciate the review but disagree with the assessment of the situation. The original contract was completed successfully, and a request was made for additional work. We came out to the the customers house at least twice (no charge), but unfortunately the wrong parts were purchased by [Member Name Removed] so when we came out to install we were not able to. By the time he purchased the correct items 2 weeks later he was informed that at this time there was no time in the schedule. Again, the original contract was completed and this was additional last minute work that we tried to fit in our schedule, but had other time commitments."
