Simply Floors

These guys were great to work with. They came in and tiled two showers. The job was done quickly and very professionally. I have moved out of the area since the job but I would highly recommend Danny for any and all tile work.

I hired them again to do my shower remodel. However Danny was unable to partake due to working on another project. He sent his brother Jamie over on Thursday May 5th when Jamie showed up before doing any work he asked for a $300. Deposit. Being that it was a small amount we gave it to him. He stated he would be back the following day Friday at 730 AM no show till 930 am. He completed the demo work left some Debri next to the house in which he said he would come back the following day to remove (Saturday). Before he left he had asked for additional money! Not to mention Saturday he was a no show and as I had to clean up after him I was made aware of multiple holes that were put in the adjoining wall along with the GFI outlet being blown (nothing was brought to our attention) Plumber was scheduled on Saturday no show from plumber or Jamie. There was miss communication with the fees that the plumber was going to charge; due to the miss communication and plumber no show and Jamie no show, Jamie stated that we would split the cost of the plumber for the trouble. Monday May 9th the plumber shows we have small talk and he states that he specifically stated to Jamie that he would not be able to show on Saturday so not to make the appointment. The plumber then states that Jamie told the plumber that I would pay him in full. That Monday Jamie showed and worked maybe 2hrs left and didn’t say he was leaving. Plumber then asks me for full payment in which I was taken back because at no point and time did Jamie state that I would have to pay plumber in full. Normally contractor pays upfront and everything is settled at the end bill. I had to find a hot mope because the people that he keeps saying were going to come out kept rescheduling. After Monday May 9th we never saw Jamie again we tried to text and call him and no response ABOSULTELY NOTHING and what is worse is that we have reached out to Danny who is his brother that Jamie is working for and recommended by Danny to us working under Danny’s License to try to come to a resolution so we can fix this before we file a complaint and again ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING we have called Danny and texted him numerous times. Think twice before you hire. Since he is working for Danny you would think that he would try to make this right and no call. At this point it has cost us money hiring him.

Danny and his staff were totally professional, friendly and informative. They answered our questions, explained details, showed up on time and finished the job quickly, and my floors look great. They helped us move some items that were too heavy for my husband (who has arthritis in his back) and I to move alone. I would absolutley hire Simply Floors again in a heartbeat.

Danny Aquilar is an absolute professional. I intend to refer all my friends and family to him.

Danny is a true professional. He showed up on time and when he didn't, he called to let me know. I am extremely excited about the finished project. He has an eye for detail, and the patience of Job.

Danny Aguilar started the job Jan, 26 was to return back the following week to finish one room and all finishing work. Was pd in full. No call backs left several messages. couple emails one respose that he was out of town and short handed.jod still incomplete as of february 20

Yes, I would use them again, Dan and his Brother was very courtesy, and polite. And the price was right. The completed work was very good.

This was our best experience with a contractor since buying our home 10 years ago. Great communication with Danny Aguilar and his crew throughout the project made us feel we were all working together to get the job done right. They clearly have pride in their work and addressed the minor issues that came up along the way in a completely positive way. By moving furniture, cleaning up every night and putting felt pads on our furniture they made the experience of having the flooring in 75% of our house in just 4 1/2 days much less disruptive than we expected. Danny Aguilar is a rare combination of an excellent craftsman and good businessman
