Unprofessional, in handling the request for work and on keeping the appointment to give an estimate.

Handyman Service, Exterior Painting
He was not a professional painter, although he is licenced as such. He did not take adequate care to avoid drips, oversprays, etc. and then failed to adequately clean the affected areas. He is a nice guy, but is not dependable. He charges a minimal $20 per hour, which gives you an idea of the quality of his work. Although the saying is "You get what you pay for", with this person you actually get less as you have to pay someone else to correct his problems.
