Macie R Clagg Roofing

She put shingles on a roll-on type of roof. The shingles were not installed properly. It appeared to me that she used casual workers who were not qualified in the trade. My roof leaked so badly the water poured into my 2600 sq ft house ruining antique furniture carpets and walls. The property damage was nearly $30,000.00 which my homeowners insurance had to pay. I have a court order against Macie Clagg for $8000.00 which she has refused to pay and has refused to have her bonding company pay. The repairs were done by San Joaquin Roofing to the cost to me of $4000.00. My insurance deductible was $1000. Yet Macie Clagg thinks I got a free roof if she pays me the $8000. This amount was awarded to me by the court because Macie Clagg had fraudulently listed herself as a roofer under her husband's Drywall Contractors license! I would steer away from doing business with this person. If she screws up the job, it's too, too bad for you. I am still out the $8000. I paid for a shoddy job plus the expense and time and upheaval the subsequent damages caused!
