I knew exactly what I wanted. Usually, they don't know many answers to questions. There are some guys that know but a lot of them are high school kids. I had to look for 2 hours for something. They knew they had them but they didn't know where, oh it was window cleaner for the car.

I live in the forest so they have separate casings for the frames and the glass because of firemen safety when they have to break the glass out for fires. They have safety glass in them and they are double pane, double hung. They custom built them.
