I came home Christmas Eve morning after being away 3 days to discover that my furnace had stopped working. The forecast was for highs in the upper twenties/low-thirties for the long holiday weekend. I started calling around to the local furnace repair services not really expecting to find anyone available on Christmas Eve. After getting the "sorry, closed for holiday. call back on Monday" messages from the first three places I called, I finally got a real person on the line at Advanced Heating. Turned out they already had a repair team in the local area. I confirmed the appointment and about 30 minutes later the repairmen arrived. They spent a couple of minutes looking around, checked the vacuum tubes and found them blocked. After a couple of minutes cleaning them, the furnance was back in working order. Thanks to Advanced Heating, I don't have to live in a cold house over the four day holiday weekend AND take time off from work on Monday waiting for someone to look at the furnance. Christmas has been saved. They were punctual and professional.
