The final product was fine, but far from perfect, but it was working with them that was the most horrific, aweful, stressful experience of my life. Getting them to finish the project and honor the contract was hellish. I had to micro manage them to make sure they were going to finish the project and not take my 50% without finishing. I was constantly blamed for their mismanagement, they constantly complained that they were loosing money on my project and that they should have never taken it. They demolished my basement and then tried to back out after their plan for my remodel seriously backfired. They made a deal with a unlisenced "contractor" who would not show up to work. They eventually fired him, and then tried to back out of the project. They also tried to get full payment to move foward with the project, when only about 30% of the work was complete (I have pictures to document this, including the garbage that was left on my property for weeks at a time). This is not what was agreed upon in the contract. Based on my personal dealings with them, I will never hire or refer them to anyone ever for anything.
