PRECISION GLASS & WINDOWS

The estimator arrived in the time frame given.  The outside pane on a small  bathroom window had cracked.  These windows are double paned glass with the lower, inside pane with bubble glass. They are Milguard windows.  The inside pane was intact.  He explained he had to remove the entire window panel to  take to his truck to measure.  When he returned with the window he proceeded to point out that the entire panel had to be replaced and the  qualities of the window that made it expensive, then he  gave me an estimate for $485.00!  When I informed him that I thought this was rather high and would obtain another estimate he offered to call his office to see if he could give me a cheaper price!  What kind of business practice is this?  I called the company that had installed the window and they told me that these windows were guaranteed against cracking for a lifetime and Milguard is replacing the window for free. 

Chad at precision glass was easy to work with. He was responsive, and got the work I needed done very quickly. My bathroom looks incredible and the glass pane his team installed makes the bathroom look that much more sleek.
