I appreciated the fact that they placed everything like switches and lighting fixtures as we had asked. There has been no problems since they finished well over a year ago. I would tell friends to feel comfortable using their service. Our general contractor had actually paid for their service.

They answered my call quickly. Their technician called back within 20 minutes to talk to me about the problem. They scheduled an appointment the next morning between 8 and 11 but told me it would probably be on the early side. They called at 9 to say they would be here soon and were! They were incredibly friendly, helpful. I had the embarrassing problem that the circuit started to work again late the night before, but wasn't constant. They opened and checked all of the wall switches on the circuit and tested everything. They replaced the circuit breaker suggesting that sometimes the breakers start to behave like this, but also saying, ''I am not guaranteeing this is it but it is the one thing I can address that could help''. He answered very thoroughly and not condescendingly some other questions I had about the electric in my house. Real old school, polite and friendly.
