We closed escrow on a small house in Encino built in 1949 that needed everything, especially vision to make it a fresh modern house.  To our great fortune, we met Belin Davidov of Mega Builders, Inc.  We were convinced, after our initial meeting with Belin at our new house, that we were ?on the same page.?   Belin explained exactly what was needed, gave us a ballpark price and a time frame.  As in all projects as extensive as ours, including adding square footage, replacing electrical, plumbing, windows, floors, interior walls, etc. there were unexpected surprises, but for the most part, Belin and his "team" were able to stay close to price and, amazingly, within the promised time frame, while delivering top quality.    
Our house is perfect-not just in our opinion, but based on the comments of all who see it.  We would enthusiastically recommend Belin Davidov of Mega Builders, Inc. to anyone looking for a contractor for a new home, or major remodel.  He is a wonderful guy and a pleasure to know as a contractor and now, as a friend.

They added a great bathroom fan.  Because of the lack of circulation there was some dry rot that needed to be removed then patched.  Then they repainted the bathroom.  Too, had to repaired some tile work .  Very professional, clean.  Made a special effort to keep the rest of the house from getting dirty too.

It went great, great service, great price. In full and on time.
We had a new two story deck built and a balcony with stairs connected. The exterior had a full re stucco. Doors and windows replaced. A new bathroom built and another bathroom remodel. Kitchen remodeled with new cabinets.  Everything is great!

Excellent.  The owner, Belin, was there and followed up on the job.  Returns calls immediately.  His foreman, Victor, is Fantastic! as well as his installers and painters did a great job, stayed on their job and were clean, tidy and courteous and ON TIME.  They even came by my home on a Sunday to help me with a broken kitchen sink faucet that was not even part of the job .....  and didn't charge me extra for it.
