We dealt with Rachel who is the owner and she came prepared with sample flooring and measured and gave us an estimate aside from explaining every detail and the work that was involved in doing the work. She was precise and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of hard wood flooring. She gave us some great ideas and helped with color choices as well.
The work was done in less time than anticipated which made me very happy. during the process of this job the crew tried and maintained cleanliness and neatness which also helped.
