Kirkland Construction & Remodeling

Not well. The cost is more than $39.00 each, and the two costs were for one kitchen and one bathroom. Not two bathrooms. Have the construction company call me foe a resolution. Something good still may come out of this. The job still may be done and a better review might follow.

Work not performed because I don't use boiler rooms. I need my reund NOW!!!

While I didn't have any work done by Kirkland, I would recommend at least getting a bid from them.  I purchased the above deal and had no trouble scheduling the work.  Their agent (I'm sorry I've lost the business card so don't have a name) arrived on time, and asked good questions to find out what I was interested in having done and what my budget is.  It turns out that what I was after was on a much lower scale than what they offer, so the company wasn't a good fit for me; but because I chose not to have any design done, their agent offered to have my coupon price refunded to me.  I can't vouch for the quality of their plans/creativity, since I didn't see any, but their professionalism and courtesy leads me to recommend them for future work.

Tony answered my post within what seemed like five minutes after I put up my description of what I needed. Our phone conversation led me to an appointment with Daniel to assess my needs on the same afternoon!  I wanted to speak to a contractor because I suspected the source of my leaks might not be simply the old roof and I dreaded doing the roof and finding out other construction would be needed. Daniel tracked it down perfectly, diagnosing decking material that only met code 24 years ago. He showed me what could be done to my decks and measured and analysed exactly what I needed for a new roof. He went over materials with great specificity (I like that!) and showed me exactly what the process would be. Honestly, this was not the cheapest bid I got, but the execution that followed assured me I made the right decision

On the day appointed, everyone showed up, Daniel explained what would be done in the order it would be. Originally, he assessed 6 or 7 working days, but early on, they doubled the crew because rain was anticipated. They completed the entire job on the 4th day in the morning and that afternoon, it rained!  

I also want to recognize the careful clean-up that happened after every day's work.  When my gardener showed up on the last day, he thought I had hired a new gardener before he got here the yard was so clean. 

These guys are so good that I'm saving my money for another job with them. 

I am super happy with the way my project came out. Kirkland Construction and Remodeling were super friendly and we're always on time right at my doorstep. I will definitely be using them again for any other projects I need done to my home.

Thank you so much Kirkland construction and remodeling for your great work and effort on completing my remodeling project  I greatly appreciate your patience with me and all my questions and concerns and the hard work you guys had to go through in order to finish my house . Thank you very much Kirkland, I will 100% be using you guys again for any future project in my home. I can't wait to get to use my new pool and out door kitchen during the summer and hope to beat that California heat. Thank you

If you're ever planning on remodeling or adding something to your home I highly encourage you to give Kirkland construction and remodeling a chance. I recently got my entire bathroom re done which consisted of everything from the ceiling to the tiles on the floor. I was really happy with the outcome of the project. Kirkland also gave me great customer service, after going on their website and looking at their great gallery of photos I filled out a request for a free quote and got a great price for what I needed to be done in my house. The next day I had a salesman at my doorstep who sat down with me and explained everything that was going to occur during my project and answered every single question I had. If you're planning on doing something to your home I definitely recommend giving Kirkland a call you won't regret it.

Kirkland is hands down the best and I mean the best construction company I had ever met, I can't tell you how many construction companies I have went with and got disappointed after the end result of my project. Let me tell you Kirkland is one of a kind they are super professional and get the job done no questions asked.

When I needed an estimate I called in and literally they had a guy ring my doorbell at 8:00 AM the next morning, we then sat down and he explained everything to me and was super patient and answered every single question I had. And I had a lot let me tell you lol.

Once I had gotten my bathroom remodeled I was super happy with the out come and the best part was that I got such a great price. I can't emphasize this enough if you are looking to do anything to your home from outdoor to indoor give Kirkland construction and remodeling a call.

Thank you Kirkland for the fantastic job you guys did on my house, I'd like to start this review off by saying that Kirkland had built me a new roof, remodeled both my bathroom and my kitchen. And painted the walls in my living room as well. I just have to tell you guys how astonished I am with how everything came out not only did Kirkland do a great job but they were with me every step of the way while working on my home. They always and I mean always answered every question I possibly had, and any problem that we ran into they had a quick solution to it. All I have to say is I'm just really satisfied with Kirkland's work, I had tried to get my house done with different companies prior to working with Kirkland but they all disappointed me and were never on time nor were they as helpful. But when I found Kirkland I felt like I hit the jackpot I'm super happy with the job they did and I seriously can't wait to show off my new remodeled house to all my relatives and friends.

Kirkland Construction & Remodeling did such a spectacular job on updating my kitchen and building an outdoor kitchen with pavers and stamped concrete.  They were incredibly easy to work with.   I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends and family.
