From the start, Isaac listened to my needs.
He always wanted perfection and quality.
Even though it took  longer than the projected time, the results were worth the wait.

The crew showed up on the date promised. They installed new dry wall and insulation, painted the walls and repaired tile floors that had to be taken to repair the faulty water pipes.

The work was completed to our Association's great satisfaction and was perfectly and neatly done.

We will definitely retain Kimhi Construction services when're the need arises both for the Condominium Association and for our personal units, as well.

The workers started on the date promised and completed the necessary repairs to perfection. The dry wall, painting, tile replacement was done in a timely, clean and very satisfactory manner.
The owners of the Association were all quite pleased and stated they would all use Kimhi Construction for any future work needs on their individual units.

Mr Kimhi is a very responsible, social, pleasant and honest contractor. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the clients and does the job with passion because he loves what he does. He was very patient with us even though we were not ready for him and we did not have the appliances, he helped us choose the appliances for us. He did things that was not even on the contract and he treated us like family members. The entire community loves my kitchen and he got so many referrals after he finished my kitchen. Although he was very busy and had other jobs, he did not go to the other ones before finishing ours. I once even asked him to go to other jobs because we were not ready and he refused. He is a very busy contractor but at the same time very calm and pleasant. Each client is special in his own way. I highly recommend Kimchi construction and no one will regret it. I have heard so many horror stories about the contractors getting money in advance and leaving the job half done. I guarantee this will not happen with Mr. Kimhi. He is one of the most honest people I have ever seen after my husband and  my dad.

It went extremely well.  Cleanup superb.  Deadlines met as promised.  Everything worked first time through.  Workmen on time and courteous.  All plumbing worked as promised.

Throughout the entire process he was treating us like family members. He went above and beyond to satisfy us. Not only he did what he promised, he did much more than what he was responsible for. He really took care of us. He was very patient with us when we were not ready for him and we did not have all the appliances he needed. He actually helped us get the appliances we needed even though it was our responsibility. Overall we are very happy and we wish him lots of luck and success.

He started and completed the job on time.  He supervised his employees.  A few days later when it appeared some of the molding around the opening was separating from the wall, he immediately had it redone and there were no further issues.  Isaac is honest and he's an artist.  He takes great pride in his work.  He's also done other more extensive jobs for us involving roof repairs on a rental property and on our present house.  He's the 1st contractor, after numerous attempts to resolve a leaky roof, who actually was successful.  
Isaac will NOT do repair work that isn't necessary.
We've just hired him to build a pergola in our back yard.
