May 2008 purchased 3 piece latherer with warranty at additional $200.00 spent over 16000.00 including tax and warranty.  First I would like to say that I do not allow the people in my home to abuse on my furniture.  If someone wants to lie down they have a bed for that.   About 6 months ago I noticed that the leather was buckling, or starting to ripple.   Purchased a leather softener to see if that would help.  It did not improve the situation and the leather started pealing away from the frame.   I called and of course all the show rooms in FL were closed and out of business. Still in IL and CA, called a “local show room in CA” gave me the warranty shield phone number.  the first customer service representative told me that they didn’t cover that.  Asked for supervisor, never called me back.  The second time the gentleman seemed a little more apologetic.  He suggested that I go on line and address the vp of customer service.  I got a curt reply saying that it was only a one year warranty and too bad so sad. I just want the company to take responsibility for a shoddy product and get some kind of resolution for this!
