My network went down for my business and these guys were able to fix it remotely. They walk you through the steps to get them logged in and then they go to work. It's nice to have a company to rely on especially when it comes to computers. I have no clue when it comes to computers and these guys help me every time. They are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I use these guys all the time and I will continue to use them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

My network went down.  None of our computers could talk to each other or to the server. I called ICS. They have a system whereby they can connect to your computer remotely through the internet. They connected to my computer and through that computer they were able to resolve the problem in no time. Then they disconnected and that was that. I use them for all my computer issues.

I have repaired most of my companies computer problems since we began operation.
As my time has become more limited I needed to find someone to do some of this work.
I have used ICS numerous times. Udi is great. He gets things done quickly and at a fair price.

We were considering installing Exchange Server for our organization. Left message for Udi in the afternoon. He returned my call early the next morning. I explained what my needs were and what we're trying to accomplish. He proposed a solution. Udi seemed knowledgeable and professional. He informed me that someone from his office will call to setup an appointment for a visit.

After the appointment setup, the gentleman showed up early. Even though i wasnt ready for him, I really appreicated the promptness. We discussed the project. He gave good advise and pointers on our current procesess. I received the quote the following week. However, our internal staff had found an alternative solution in the meantime.

In the future, we will definitely consider ICS for our IT needs.

This is my second time using ICS within the last few months, and once again I am happy to report an excellent service experience. I had used ICS about three months ago to remedy a virus attack on my PC and their service was excellent at that time (please view a more detailed report filed then). But because so much of my work is internet based and my PC is an older machine, it was struck by a virus once again. After eliminating the bug, ICS restored all damaged software, and the machine now runs beautifully...THANK YOU AGAIN UDI and LUIS!!!

When my PC became infected with a virus, I went to AngiesList.com to find a reliable service. ICS was listed nearby with a great rating, and since I knew they had been at the same location for quite a number of years and probably doing good work, it was time to give them a call. Udi, the ICS owner, took my call, quoted a price, $190.00 fixed cost, with a one-day turn-around for a complete repair and servicing. ALL TRUE!!!! I immediately drove my PC over, met Udi, the owner, who took plenty of time to explain the fix, then turned to his chief tech, Luis, to get more details...Both Udi and Luis are true professionals and they did exactly as promised and more...!!! I could not be happier with the service from ICS and will recommend ICS to all who ask about computer services and sales. Thank You, ICS...!!!

I brought in my laptop. The tech started it up and took a look immediately. It took about 10 minutes to discover the problem. They copied my data over to another drive, then installed that hard drive in my laptop. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours, and I was on my way. They were courteous, professional, and best of all quick. I thought their pricing was reasonable too.
