I have been able to count on Chris for a number of years now to help me go through a prospective property and identify the potential challenges and costs associated with bringing it up to market. His extensive knowledge of specific trades (ie: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.) has proved invaluable to me in making decisions about which properties to take on and which to avoid. Once I have chosen to move forward with a project Chris has always been there to see things through to the end. His integrity and honesty is top notch, which is a huge bonus, since I can trust Chris on the jobsite to get things done quickly and without cutting corners or taking shortcuts. Chris has also introduced me over the years to many wonderful contacts and tradespeople in the business. Chris stands behind his work which is one reason I have continued to happily refer business to him and continue to give him business as often as I can. Keep up the great work!
Description of Work: Consulting - Site visits to properties and determining extent of remodeling required and costs associated. General Contracting - Managing multiple projects at one time and being an on-site manager making sure everything gets done on time and most importantly on budget. All types of framing general carpentry and construction.
