FINE CONSTRUCTION

Overall, we had an excellent experience. Rudy, who was our contact with company, is very friendly, courteous, respectful. All the workers were great, and the work was of the highest quality. The only thing I could fault them on was sometimes things took a little longer than expected, but then I think that's normal.

The reason why we gave them the second job with the deck was so that they can coordinate the two jobs together. The second job with the deck was not done properly and up to code. The stairs were not built correctly so we have to redo everything on the deck and delaying the stucco job. They refuse to come and demolish what was done poorly and repair it properly. They accept the fact that the job was not done properly on the deck, but they want us to fix it before they start the stucco job. They are also asking for more money to complete the work, they haven't responded to us, and we also set up meetings and they call us to tell us that they had a family emergency so they wouldn't be able to make it. The job started in mid January and we paid them $12,500.00 to start the work.

My call was returned promptly and their field supervisor [Vic] showed up soon after and discussed the possible solutions to a sticky problem (the previous covering, TexCote, was bubbling and buckling in spots). We agreed on a solution: A combination of scrapping, cleaning, patching and repainting. He gave me a price and asked for a nominal deposit. The work crew arrived on schedule, worked steadily for several days until the job was complete. They worked carefully, minimizing impact on the surrounding area and plantings, cleaning up as they went, every day. Vic checked in during the job, and at the end of the job; at which point I paid the balance. The price was well within the range of quotes I received from other contractors, but this outfit seemed most aware of the challenges and possible solutions, and they were available fairly quickly.

They did not do a bad job at all. They actually got the job done pretty fast. I must say that they are very good people. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly while doing it. The remodeling job went rather smooth. I have not had any problems or complaints as of yet. I am not sure exactly what I was charged. This was a rather expensive job I want to say roughly about $28,000 for everything.

THEY'RE REALLY GOOD, AND THEIR PEOPLE ARE REALLY GOOD. THEY EVEN CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE USUALLY HERE WITHIN AN HOUR OF WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL BE HERE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME OUT AND SANDED DOWN THE AREA THEN APPLIED TWO COATS OF PAINT. THEY DID NOT ASK FOR ANY MONEY DOWN. THAT'S WHAT I LIKED MOST ABOUT THEM. THEY JUST CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WHICH ENDED UP TO BE THE EXACT PRICE. I PAID WHEN I HAD SEEN THE COMPLETED JOB.

THEY SANDED DOWN THE AREA THEN REPAIRED THE STUCCO. THEY MATCHED THE COLOR TO A PERFECT MATCH. THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB THAT YOU CAN NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE OLD STUCCO AND THE NEW STUCCO.
