But so much care is put into each room that I just can't lump them together. His workers are kind and professional. They clean up behind themselves and complete the job as quickly as possible. I give this recommendation to anyone I know. 

Eli and his guys were fantastic from day 1. He is professional, kind, honest, and so are his workers. He gutted and remodeled two bathrooms and he was in and out faster than we thought and came in on budget. We now have two gorgeous bathrooms that we love.  We will definitely be calling Eli again when we are ready to do the kitchen and the other bathroom. I highly recommend Eli for any remodeling or construction services you might need for your home. He is top notch all the way around.

From the beginning, Eli's selling point is his personality. He came highly recommended from several friends who praised his optimistic demeanor, cleanliness, punctuality, and willingness to stay involved with the clients long after the work was completed. He said from the beginning, "I'll do the worrying for you". Eli takes great pride in his work, and offers Beverly Hills quality for Valley prices. His subs are all extremely professional and do impeccable work.
Eli is a man of his word and sticks to the contract. I was pushing to go into construction quickly and Eli agreed to the job, offering a term sheet  laying out the scope of work and a bottom line price. However, when a hiccup arose due to the architectural plans being inconsistent with the engineering (my own fault), Eli was honest. When other contractors would have halted the work and insisted on reworking the deal terms, Eli stuck with the deal we made, taking on the added expenses himself. That speaks volumes about him. He kept to the schedule and completed a job that would have taken 5 months in less than 3, enabling my family to move back into our house and save on our temp housing costs. His team worked 6 days a week to help me save money. And most importantly, the quality didn't suffer.
Throughout the process, Eli was always concerned with doing things the right way in order for the house to last. Originally built in 1940's, the plaster and lathe walls and ceiling were coming undone in places. Eli offered advice on repairs and a good price for additional work -- everything he suggested I do turned out to make a huge difference in the final product. He's got a great eye for the little things that will make your house enjoyable for years to come.
