Incredibly well. Shai and his team were unbelievably professional, well prepared, knowledgeable and detail oriented. In addition, Shai was finished on time and at the price of the bid he quoted. Any extra work he had to do was discussed in advance and the price was mtutally agreed upon. There were no surprises other than the fact that Shai went above and beyond to make the entire job come together seamlessly and beautifully. I would very highly recommend him and would use him again for any future construction or plumbing work I may need done.

When I initially started looking for contractors, I was extremely frustrated by the general lack of responsiveness and professionalism I found in my search. Then, I found Eagle Remodeling. From the very beginning, Shai (Dean), was EXTREMELY responsive. He showed up when he said he would, was always prepared, put things in writing. Though the quotes I got were higher than with other contractors, I felt that Eagle Remodeling gave me an honest price from the get-go and stuck to it throughout the entire project. I also feel that you get what you pay for and the quality of his work is amazing! Shai is extremely knowledgeable, explained things in terms I could understand, and again, the quality of Eagle Remodeling's work is great. I feel the work was done properly the first time and I'm so thrilled with the outcome. The exterior of the house looks amazing. And, the new bathroom is beautiful! Shai was helpful in suggesting certain finishes and design elements in addition to the actual construction of the bathroom. Also, Shai continued to be extremely responsive, texting or calling with an update almost daily, throughout the entire project. Work was done in a timely manner and Shai gave an accurate estimate of timeline from the beginning. Shai and his team also were extremely respectful of my house--they always cleaned up at the end of the day so that we could tolerate living in a home with ongoing construction! I would highly recommend Eagle Remodeling! 

Shai (Dean) and his crew did an amazing job on the full remodel of 2 bathrooms. They were extremely professional and clean working. Very high quality of work with a beautiful finish. Shai also stuck to his quote and there were no hidden fees or major surprises. We had a lot of questions during the construction and Shai was always very responsive and courteous. He was always on top of any issues. Anything that came up was always taken care of. His creative input was spot on. He was always willing to work with our concepts, but not afraid to let us know if he had any concerns with our ideas. And everything ended up looking amazing. Shai was kind enough to spend time shopping for material with us so that all elements coordinated with each other. We're extremely happy with the results and recommend Eagle Remodeling Inc.

The remodel went very well.  We began by meeting with Dean (the proprietor of Eagle) at the property and giving him an idea of what we were trying to do.  Dean "got it" immediately and was very enthusiastic about the project.  After several meetings to fine tune the basic ideas, Dean put us in touch with an architect he uses who provided plans and submitted them to the County for a very reasonable fee.  The work began on the inside, with the first big job being to replace a bearing wall than ran through the middle of the house, effectively separating a large and beautiful added on room from the rest of the house.  The engineering was done to replace the bearing wall with a large beam hidden in the ceiling, supported by new supporting beams hidden in the walls, and all supported by additional concrete foundation poured beneath the floors.   This changed the house completely.   After that: (i) the kitchen was completely enlarged and redone; (ii) two bathrooms were completely remodeled; (iii)  a wall was moved to enlarge one bathroom; (iv)another wall was moved to create an additional exit to the back yard (which turns out to have been an excellent idea -- that was Dean's idea); (v) the front windows and front door were replaced an moved; (vi) new hard wood floors were added where needed and blended perfectly with the existing hardwood floors remaining in parts of the house; and (vii) new lighting, plugs and switches were installed throughout the house.
On the outside: (i) extensive completely new hardscaping was designed and created, front and back -- something like 11 full size cement mixer loads over a number of days; (ii) the pool was completely redone including new fencing and a new retaining wall; (iii) a large gazebo was built; (iv) the house was re-stuccoed and re-roofed; and (iv) new sprinklers and some new landscaping were installed.
Throughout this extensive project Dean and his subcontractors were great to work with -- Dean was very hands on and responsive, and very concerned with doing the best job possible.  Dean also has a great sense of design and made many suggestions and recommendations that we followed  -- both as to things we should do and things we shouldn't do -- and we are now happy that we followed them.
As one might imagine in a project with this amount of work and this much complexity, there were bound to be things that needed to be tweaked or redone from time to time.  This always proceeded easily and quickly.  We provided a "punch-list" of things to be addressed and they would be addressed cheerfully and promptly.
Finally Dean's prices were excellent, given what we got.  First, the work was excellent, and second, and perhaps more importantly, Dean didn't "nickle and dime" us.   The price was the price, and if the work required something extra here or there (as sometimes happened) we weren't hit up for more money when that happened.
I would highly recommend Eagle Remodeling and Dean for anyone's remodeling project.

Creative - Now as I started to tell you I am handicapped, and he needed to really step up and come up with solutions that I needed. He did! One year later, and not one thing has failed me that he did.! The work was perfect.
Clean -every day when they left, the area was as clean as it was before they started. They respected my home!
