The job was sloppy, low grade materials.  It took a CSLB complaint and 4 trips out to fix what should have been done in the first place

the sale was exhausting, with constant bickering, more money wanted to do more work

wood beams were left bare on cement rather than lifting them up or somehow protecting them from water-this has finally been fixed

was told it would look identical to existing, the post of the lattice are off and the difference is notable

was told it was in condition to paint jet there are slivers of wood hanging, cracks and chips out of the wood. It has since been painted to match the original overhand, they are now blaming low quality of wood and work on painters.

was told it had a primer on, yet there is raw wood on the majority of overhang.

I paid a very high price for a job in my mind was not complete...painting was not included in price

before using this company check CSLB and review complaints against them.

The closets were to be done for free but were tacked onto the price. We paid for the vanity, mirror, cabinet, faucet, and 2 shower heads but the price wasn't removed. We had a huge amount of trash sitting on the side of our driveway for about 2 months and still have trash on the side of our house they never came and took. I found pieces of tile throughout most of my front yard. They killed plants by putting their equipment on them. They broke my headboard and then "Mickey Moused" it together. They talked us into taking a $40,000 loan that we were told would be interest free for a year. It was done over the phone with no paperwork so we were very surprised when we found out later that the interest would accrue throughout the year. That is adding over $500- $600 a month. I wanted an estimate for new front doors; the rep would do it only if I would sign a work order. I said no to the doors after I saw the price and yet we are being charged for them anyway. The owner's husband came to our home and promised to have our headboard fixed properly and would buy the loan so that it would truly be interest free. Neither of these ever happened. I contacted the BBB and they are getting no response from them.

It went very well. The staff was very pleasent, from the painters to the salespeople. They seemed to want to work with me and get a good price, and where good general people. They took me out to dinner, which was just very pleasent and nice overall. 
The house itself looked better then it did and year, and the new windows look real quality.

It was messy, whichis not abnormal.  The workers were doing their best.  One painter told me he thought I was being overcharged.  Amir spent time admiring himself in a mirror and his explanations of the process were lacking.  It seemed like a hole was being dug that I had to crawl out of!
