He had sent a technician to evaluate the heater stopped working. We both thought it might be simply the ignitor, is I had one fail a few years back. The tech pointed out there had been a small fire in the unit and wasn't comfortable simply replacing parts because he couldn't be sure what cause the fire. Being a 20+ year old furnace best advise was to replace unit. They were able to schedule replacement within the week. Inspeciton of plenum showed the AC coils coated with debris. They spent considerable time cleaning the coils before replacing the furnace. No charge beyond original quote. Clean R and R of furnace was performed with no trail of dirt or dammage. Done in less than a day. They stand by their work. Very professional.
I was very impressed by the prompt response to my call and got an estimate the next day. I didn't go with the first company that gave me a bid and took couple of more quotes. "Dr. AC" weren't the cheapest company, but I got a good vibe from Eli, trusted him and what he said he was about to do.
I can say that I made the right choice; Eli is knowledgeable, friendly & honest. All the work has been exceptional, competitive in the price.
I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I will recommend him without hesitation.
