- Firstly, Dan communicates exactly what his plan is. All cabinets (we have a lot of very deep cabinets and drawers) and walls were scrubbed clean with precision to prepare for sanding. He's not a one or two step painter--he's an artist. All cupboards and drawers were sanded inside out and the kitchen after twenty years looked beautifully clean. His original paint job very much intact. He also refinished my butcher block counters and they are beautiful. I have used less expensive painters and have been very disappointed. I know this new paint job will last another 20 years and look amazing. Wouldn't use anyone else. You really do get what your pay for and he's worth every cent! On to our bathrooms next!
