Very bad experience. He made very slow progress, always asking for more money, and then left us with the house unfinished and a lot of the money paid. He installed the windows/doors incorrectly, with not enough waterproofing. He installed the heating pads under tiles incorrectly (did not include temperature sensor as required). He closed the walls without connecting the drains for our shower. He didn't finish any of the individual projects in the house. Overall, it looks like he never intended to finish the job, just take as much money as possible and get out.
